James Harnden

James HarndenWith over 30 years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry, Jim Harnden has focused his effortsĀ on tenant representation and has worked with the leading firms throughout the area. He has also helped a select group of real estate investors acquire assets for their portfolios. Jim has represented a quarter to a third of all of the largest tenants in the market each year including 2018. This year he has done two out of the top five largest office transactions and 35% of the business over 10,000 SF. These users include large national, regional and local occupiers throughout Southern Maine.

Jim has been actively involved in the Portland community with his affiliations in MEREDA, MCAR and previous leaderships positions he has held in the Greater Portland Economic Development Corporation, Portland Community Chamber of Commerce and other associations listed below.
